Please read the following guidelines before you register


Please enter one intention, written in a positive way, with a mantra that supports your intention.

How to write your intention in a positive way:

If your intention is to release anger, ask yourself, "What is the opposite of being angry?" Perhaps for you, the opposite of being angry is to be at peace. In that case, your intention can be, "to be at peace" and your mantra can be "I am at peace."

One more example, just in case :)

Let's say your intention is to release sadness, how would you feel if the sadness was no longer there? Perhaps for you, you would feel joy or you would feel happiness. In that case, your intention can be, "to feel joy" or "to feel happy" a positive mantra can be "I'm joyful" or "I'm happy".

We create positive intentions and positive mantras based on the law of entrainment so that the higher vibration of the positive mantra can contact the lower vibration and can entrain it and raise it up. This can help produce an emotional release, elevated mood, visions, or a boost in energy.

I will be the only person reading your intentions.

A global online event! Join us and people from around the world for a full Transcendental Breath Online Session.

Please join us for an opening meditation and a full breathing session on Saturday, January 2, 2021.

Location: online via Zoom.

Important meeting information:

Please adjust your camera to show a side view of your hand, belly, chest, and face when lying in a 45-degrees angle position.

The entire meeting duration will be 90 minutes. See the meeting schedule below.

Note: If you participated in one of our breathwork sessions in the past and want to fine-tune your breath, get some extra inhales, and refresh your memory, please feel free to join.

11:00 am — 11:05 am
The waiting room. We allow five minutes window before closing the room at 11:05 am.

11:05 am — 11:15 am
Opening meditation

11:15 am — 12:05 pm
Transcendental Breath Session

12:05 pm — 12:20 pm 
Ending the breathing session and landing back into our body.

12:20 pm — 12:30 pm 
Sharing circle and gratitude (this portion of the session is optional and might extend beyond 12:30 pm, please plan accordingly).
